Review content:
I recently changed my dogs to Audubon because Dr. Maset treats my horse (Dr. Maset is FABULOUS, 5 stars); however, I discovered that Audubon consistently "overbooks" app'ts and my typical wait time is over an hour for the most routine visit. Yesterday another woman and myself were scheduled at the exact same time for the same vet. I imagine Audubon does this to make money but it shows a complete disrespect for the clients and even for the professionals who are working in the practice. Based on comments from both clients and staff, this practice of overbooking is routine; when I asked the office manager, she did not deny it and told me I could transfer my dogs' records elsewhere. I find this practice to be unethical. Whoever owns/manages Audubon clearly does not respect the clients' time and takes advantage of those who need less expensive care and so are unable to take their pets elsewhere.
