DO NOT calll QMS / Quality Mechanical Services as they run away and don't follow through if there are any issues w/ their work. I had Jason come to my home early June for a simple leak repair. I contacted him the very next day as it was now leaking from the coupling used to connect his new pipe to the existing one. I heard EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK as to why he was unable to return, from his truck being broke down on 30, to being held up at a job till 9pm. Multiple msgs left unanswered. He refused to give me a refund after i patiently tried to have him return to fix it for 4 weeks(!) and again heard nothing but excuses from the check being lost in the mail as he sent it to me TWICE, to him delivered me cash in person, but never showed. All this for only $150. If he can't make good of a small job, would you risk him doing a large job on your home? There are plenty of good companies out there who appreciate return business / happy customers, this isn't 1 of them.
