Maintenance is incredibly lackadaisical. My air conditioner stopped functioning entirely one day, which is an absolute nightmare as this is Florida in the summertime. I filed a work order which was not addressed until I walked into the leasing office the following day. After 30 minutes of attempting to solve the problem, I was given a window unit as a temporary solution as maintenance could not bother to fix it until after the weekend. I was told that it would be specifically fixed on Monday.\r \r Monday rolls around and not one person came to fix it. I file another maintenance request and am told that a new unit would replace the faulty one two days later. After three days nothing has been done. It is 83 degrees in my apartment as I type this. On the plus side, I have been inviting guests for a complimentary sauna experience. It's absolutely wonderful.\r \r I should also probably mention the nails and hazardous materials that are scattered about the sidewalk and hidden in the shrubs and grass outside. After months of putting it off, maintenance had decided to fix the damaged roof on the floor above me and did a terrible job at cleaning up after themselves. I'm having so much fun having to tip toe to my front door hoping that a rusted screw doesn't impale my foot. \r \r One other slight problem I have is with the gate. Despite having the gate for months, the leasing office finally decided to utilize it. This required all guests to pay the fee of $10 for a gate key. The gate was probably functioning for a couple of weeks before the leasing office decided to stop it all together. It's been 8 months since. Do the guests get their $10 back? Are we ever going to use that gate? \r \r Everything else is just satisfactory. Friendly community. Convenient yet small fitness center. Cute pool.
