I felt rushed in the store to hurry up and make a decision. The sales lady was pushy, she picked out one dress that she pushed me into trying on. I did purchase the dress and although it was pretty, I decided that I had been rushed into the decision. I called two hours later to inform them that I wanted to exchange the dress for a dress that was more expensive that I had looked at a few days before I was informed that they have a no return policy, which I completely understand however I felt pushed into the sale and was very unhappy with the dress. I decided to go to the store and speak to the general manager who again told me of there no return policy. The manager asked to look at the dress, and told me that even if he was willing to take it back he wouldn't because it "Reeked of smoke". Which is impossible since I nor does anyone in my home smoke. The staff was rude an pushy and now I have wasted 140.00 on a dress that I hate.
