Businiess name:  Burt Brothers Tire & Service

Zero stars !!! I had 2 nails in 1 of my tires. Explained that to the service counter guy. One hour and 20 minutes later they said car was ready and they had taken out THE nail. I reminded them there were 2 nails. They had the tech come out and tell me there was only one. Somehow I was mistaken. I had the tire off to replace a sway bar link and saw both nails! The tech said well it isnt loosing air! They would not look at it again. So I went to another tire store and they promptly saw that 10 inches of the tire bead was torn off and quite clean so hadnt been like that for long at all! and they did see the other nail which had not punctured thru but was close to doing so. Why didnt Burt Bros. tell me that and sell me a new tire? maybe because they were the ones who tore it off. I used to work at a tire store, I know tires, I know my tires and the bead was not missing when I went to Burt Bros. They should have never re-mounted it, it is unsafe and very surprising it sealed to the rim and held air. Thankfully I only drove it from there to home and then to other tire store. Will not ever recommend to anyone. My business IS recommending businesses, especially local ones and for that I am glad I went so now know not to recommend them!
