I purchased a safe about 4 years ago from Liberty Safes and was promised a "reasonable" rate if I ever needed to move my safe to a new residence. Well, 4 years later and I get charged 175$ to move my safe 1/2 mile away on a job that took less than 15 minutes to complete. The worst part is that I called Liberty a week before to arrange the move as I was moving the next week and never received a call back as promised. Based on my escrow closing early I had to pay the full amount for the move as I did not have time to call around and find that a reasonable amount for the size of my safe and the distance of the move was about half of what I paid. Additionally, I had poor customer service when I dealt with the staff by phone and I will not be buying my next safe from Liberty Safes.
