I don't recommend doing buisness with this company unless you want to be mislead and have all your problems deflected.Phil the owner is a very ccondescending buisness man. One of those who can do no wrong thus your the one who must be mistaken.Remember this is a college town and swarms of young people are less likely to contest issues granting this company a substantial amout of consistently flowing buisnes. If you want to be treated like an adult then search elswhere. Oh, and make sure you valuables are safe if they send maintenance to your unit.
