This review relates only to the service area, not the car sales folks. (But they are great as well.) The folks at Brazelton are great. I have the concierge service, so recently I took my car in for them to deal with my tires and some warranty work that needed to go to the dealer. They were prompt in getting estimates to me on the non-warranty work that I needed. They dealt with the dealership completely, so I didn't have to deal with any back-and-forth or any pressure for service that I didn't need or want. Brazelton just gets it done. They also provided me with a complimentary loaner car during the four days they had my car. I actually hope that no one else will go to them because I don't want their responsiveness and service to decline! I previously have taken to them another vehicle that is not covered under their concierge plan and was not under warranty. Their work was prompt and costs were reasonable. While on this visit, they did forget to handle one small item (state inspection) and were closing for the day, so they comped the cost of it on the return visit for the trouble. They didn't try to sell me on anything the vehicle didn't need -- and since this one was 14 years old, they very easily could have come up with a variety of plausible problems that I would have no way of verifying. I really, really like how they run their shop. They have a customer in me for so long as I live in Houston.
