I'd highly recommend Pristine Automotive Center Inc. without reservation. My experience was perfect. I was actually surprised by how well it turned out.
My experience was a bit unusual. I had been with another auto body shop for a very long time. They were the only people I would allow near my Lexus. Three weeks before my accident, they retired and closed up shop. I had no one to call! I went from having a shop only a phone call away who would always take me in with no trouble at all to nothing. I was stuck and didn't know what I was going to do.
I found Pristine through a friend and spoke to the owner directly. Aram is great. I spoke to him a few times. I got a good feeling from him.
I had an amazing experience with Pristine. They did a great job. Aram really knows his business. He took care of the insurance paperwork for me and was very careful and detailed with it. It was perfect. Throughout the entire process Aram kept me posted. My car came back perfect. I was amazed. He uses the name Pristine Automotive Center and he really does pristine work!
Not only did I have to take a chance on a new auto body shop, but I got lucky! They are even better than the old company I used prior.
