This place is beyond terrible. Years ago they were a quality establishment but now they are run by people that try to deceive their customers. It's a true shame. They've destroyed over $5000 worth of my garments and instead of coming out right and being honest about what they did, they left the expensive damaged piece out of the bag only to have me notice when later when I arrived at home. They've done this to me twice already where they mysteriously lost an item only to be found damaged. Now I have to take them to court to recoup what they've done. Two of their employees that actually work the counter Debbie and Joyce obviously aren't the ones cleaning the garments but when I asked them to speak to the owner or person in charge first they said the owners didn't come in. Okay I get it, so i say who deals with these issues, they respond with no one here can do that and that someone will call me. Never happened. Still waiting. Then they go on to tell me that i couldn't talk speak to anyone in charge because they don't speak English. If you actually care about your garments do not under any circumstance go to this place. It's a very frustrating experience and I will be taking them to court to show them a lesson.
