DISAPOINTING\r
After doing business with this shop for a few years, I have finally have had to take my business elsewhere. Where as the work that was done for me has generally been OK, the shop is just undependable and, frankly, I cannot depend on them to do anything when promised. This is after 3 or 4 years of taking all of my family members cars there, buying and selling 4 different vehicles among this group through the car sales lot and still, none of us can rely on the shop. One vehicle purchased took months to get a title and new plates for. They gave one excuse after another so that it got pretty ridiculous. Promised price quotes on repair parts are never given. Phone calls are never returned. This is how a good long term customer is treated. Maybe a new customer is treated better. but I would not count on it.
