i think they are trying but they really need to listen to the people they work for, the home owners. And the catch all phrase "" it isn't in the budget"" really isn't get it when ""it is in the contract"" that outter building. maintenance. is their dept. It isn't my fault if they cant dab on some same color paint but have done what....contracted nder yet another money hungry cpmpany. so that evrryday bumps and bruises can be mantained. as presentable. And i appreciate the way they keep sendin g yard guys out but constantly running a riding lawn moeer over grass that doent need to be mowed just makes more of a mess. if that is supposed to appease me i think it is a cheap and wrong way. i dont expect anyone out here with a degree in golf coarsecmanagement but lets have some common sense here. Bottom line ... we pay good money for them to abide by the contract guidlines. is asking to cover some black marks cause by children running. their bikes into the side of a light colored buildingcto much to ask. The more gettp it gets to looking the more people are gonna act tha way. Im sorry if some unwise decisions have been made on how to solve simple problems. whrn and where are the board meetings ? will i even be heard.?
