Review content:
When I first moved into University Square apartments I thought the place was great and felt the same about the management. When they switched management, everything got worse. The management team had bad attitudes (saying it nicely) and all of the sudden we felt like they were breathing down our necks. We had lived there already 6 months and all of the sudden we were getting notices for things we had been doing for 6-months and we had finally received our copy of the lease agreement after 6-months of living there too. It's safe to say I would not reccomend living there! They also do the worst job of "snow removal" from the parking lot. Really what they do is push it up against the back of your car so you have a mound of snow that you have to dig your car out of. PROS: sq footage for the price CONS: management, poor area maintenance
