Review content:
I was in Kauai for the month of January 2014. I purchased a YaLa tunic at the store on January 13. I returned it the next day for an exchange (they do NOT allow refunds). As they did not have the size I needed, I was assured by the clerk that I would be sent the correct size to my home on the mainland within 2 weeks. My credit card has been charged for the item. I have called the store twice to speak to someone regarding the tunic. No return calls. The date is 2/25/14 and I still do not have the tunic. My only recourse is to dispute the charge on my credit card…this is NOT the way to conduct business. I will not be back.
