Review content:
We hired 3 Day Closets to do inserts in two of our closets. The design and everything was pretty easy, except for the fact that the designer did not listen to what my husband asked for. It was an easy fix, but the elements of what he wanted with the drawers and things were not done in the original mock-up. We have a very small house and need that extra storage space.
When they came in to install, that was fine but for the amount of money that we paid, we expected things to be perfect. Some of the drawers they inserted were not perfectly level. The gentleman had a really hard time getting them to be level. We actually had to leave the house and allow him to stay there because it took extra time.
