The doctors are great and I have been a patient of Dr. Franklin and Dr. Woodbury for several years however, this new phone system they have apparently has a standard wait time of 20 minutes before you are even allowed to talk to an actual person. The automated message is not customer friendly at all and makes me feel like I am calling a bank rather than a doctors office which is even more crazy since when I do go into the office, everyone is doing everything but answering the phones. This office is often busy and maybe the doctors are so good that they figure if they provide terrible front end service people will go elsewhere and lighten their load.... That thought is just as crazy and the automated message that tells me ""we are experiencing a high call volume and apologize for the wait."" It's a doctors office for Christ's sake!!! We just want to talk to an actual person and don't mind that person asking us to hold for a moment, but not forever. And don't even think about calling anywhere near the office's lunch break. YOU WILL NEVER GET AN ANSWER.
