Predatory business practices...BEWARE! Sign up for one year, prepay, then they continue to bill you afterwards. They prey on the elderly retired by sneaking in a clause of automatic renewal but they dont warn you that you are being auto renewed at the end of the year. Suddenly you get a bill !!!! They email me for everything else but NO WARNING of auto renew. Service manager refused to drop the charge, indicating their intention to trap people with this contract trickery. This is a predatory business practice - they talk you into prepaying for the year then they have you on contract for perpetuity.\r
I dont want to do business with companies that use trickery and want to trap me into contract conditions I dont want !
