Because scheduling an appointment with Paris Parker Perkins Rowe, I specifically asked for someone familiar with a specific texture of hair. I was paired with someone who was a professional talker and held no true skills in hair. My hair looked exceptional before arriving, compared to my end results. Management was not accommodating at all!! Charged me a great amount of money, after expressing I strong dislike and my being deeply unhappy with the disgusting results. The empathy whatsoever. End result I had to miss a very important event and will never go back to them and will never recommend others to go and will continue to let people know of this experience!
