Dropped the truck off the morning of the appointment for hopefully the last of a long bit of maintenance/repairs on a recently purchased used truck that had lots of customization. A little while later received a call that the service was complete (THAT WAS FAST!). In addition, I asked them to take a look at the driver's side headlight because I had not had time to change out the headlight myself. They investigated it and found the bulb was good but harness was burnt out. Secured a harness and had it fixed and ready to go. Explained the probable cause to me when I came in to pick the truck up. In addition, fixed a pull to the right but also explained that because the truck is lifted so high and also because of the over-sized tires that while the pull exists in all vehicles (mostly because of the way roads are built) it would be more noticeable in this truck because of the lift and tires. When I drove the truck I did still notice the pull that was to be expected but it wasn't pulling anything like it was when I dropped it off. Of course being a scientist and inquisitive by nature I had to test it by driving the truck down the road the wrong way and sure enough, that little bit of pull existed on the left too. Not that I was second guessing or anything but more because I just needed a reason to drive my truck down the wrong side of the road.
*NOTE: All the other maintenance required on this vehicle after I purchased it was also performed by this shop.
I am continually impressed with the diligence, professionalism, knowledge friendliness, and Value VS. Quality of this establishment every time we do business together and I am not an easy one to impress. They do not use cheap parts, attempt to sell you something you don't need, feed you any lines. They guarantee their work which over all my years with them has been nothing less than stellar. Probably the most important aspect is that they take a very personal approach to each job they do. They work with the understanding that their customers are their livelihood not busted vehicles. In my case, they have proven that every time.
Truck runs like a champ (and so does my car after a recent visit with them) and I am far more at ease when I drive either down the road. THANKS GUYS!!
