Terrible experience. This company has yet to provide me with the product I ordered on 20 August, 2013- a Christening Gown for my daughter. I am extremely disappointing, especially considering this company claims to be a "Catholic" company. I am posting this review after several failed attempts at receiving either the dress or a refund. Dates of contact include August 30th, September 20th and October 18th 2013. In one instance, the female sales representative hung up on me after she answered the phone with a 'hello' rather than a professional greeting, leading me to believe that this is a fraudulent company. If you are reading this, please find a different company for your religious purchases.
