I recently went here and had the worst experience with one of their check out people, Rose. She was just so unbelievably rude to me, and for no reason! I didn't have an attitude, wasn't being demanding I just had a question. I still cannot believe the way she treated me, and I wasn't the only one. She was rude to the woman before me who was trying to pay for her service. Rose rudely told her that she wasn't in the system, regardless she said she had her hair done! \r
I have never liked the way some of the employees at the registers treat the customers, very arrogant and condescending. But after this last experience I will never go back, and I don't recommend anyone else go there either. I've had several hair and spa services there throughout the years and though the stylists, facialists, and masseuses are mostly all nice and professional, to pay their inflated prices and then be treated so poorly is totally not worth my time or especially my money! There are plenty of other places in the area that appreciate their customers.
