Review content:
They were on time and professional. Chad was a service guy and he was funny and nice. We figured out the issue right away and went to work. He snaked the main line but did not feel anything so he then snaked the pipes from the bathroom. He cleared out what he found the everything started working. He id find another issue in the main line. He found puddling in the pipe and possibly a break. We got a sewer camera inspection for free after that. Rick came out not to long after Chad left and put a camera in the pipes. He confirmed the puddling in 30ft of the pipe and found a break in a pipe. He was very understanding that I could not cover all the cost for the replacement on both parts. he gave us ideas and tricks to help out the puddling for now. it seemed he felt bad giving us the quote he did as we just moved into this house 3 days ago. I will be calling them again to fixing anymore issues and when we get the money to fix the major issues. I would recommend them to a friend.
