Do not use A1 Self Storage, the good reviews you see here are for Garfield Self Storage before they sold the A1. Our unit was broken into, no alarm response, even though they advertise that. Asked about alarm, they are turned off because of the false alarms. So they are falsely advertising what they offer. I have never heard one alarm go off in that place. We lost over 25,000 worth of merchandise and they do not have any information for us because they do not know nor have burglary procedures. The thieves left our merchandise in a truck all night at the unit and left the next morning when another customer went through the gate. No response. Our neighbor had to go to the office and tell the office that we were broken into. They office had no idea. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
