I've purchased tires from a variety of Discount Tire stores over the 33 years I've been driving San Diego streets. I've purchased elsewhere from time to time but ave been consistently happy with the product, service and network of support from DT stores. In recent years I've purchased from the Point Loma store, most recently from the new facility across the street from their old location. For the first time I had an issue with a tire installation on my Volvo wagon. When I returned to the store with my problem the managers were all over it. The issue was addressed immediately and a fair resolution was reached. The next time I come in to buy tires for my other car the manager know who I was and took special care of my purchase. My experience was that I was treated more that fairly I was treated generously. There was no denial or backing away. There was acceptance of responsibility and resolution. They did a great job for me and I trust and recommend them.
