I enjoyed my car buying experience when I bought my VW Passat from Trend Motors. Trend had a large assortment of Passat's so I was able to compare the available colors and options. Sales consultant Michael Ladenheim was very professional during our negotiation and patient while I decided on the exact car that I wanted. The service manager, other sales folks, and even a mechanic that I had a brief casual conversation with were all helpful and doing their part to provide the information that I needed to decide on choosing a Passat.
