Follow up - Mr. Freiss invited me to sue him in court if I wanted to recover what I paid his company for the work he never performed. I did. I won a full settlement in July 2013. He has not had the sense to pay the court's judgment, opting to prolong this ordeal. To his detriment, since the court has imposed an additional $1300 in fees and interest, and will continue to add interest until the debt is paid. On the Re-Insulate America website it states that it has never received a customer complaint. That is not the truth. There is at least one extremely unsatisfied customer that has complained.\r

I do have their attention, though - I put up a copy of the judgment that was filed with the Suffolk County Clerk, along with a negative review - it was taken down within a few hours.
