Highly upset with this business. My boyfriend ordered flowers from here for my birthday & when the flowers were delivered they were damaged. He called & complained but they stated that the flowers were in perfect condition when delivered & since the flowers had been signed for, their business wasn't responsible for any damage. 1. Packages & deliveries made to my workplace are signed for by a security guard & not by the person who the delivery is for. 2. I find it very hard to believe that between the time they were delivered & the less than 5 minutes that it took me to pick them up from the security office, that the flowers received the damage that they had. Word to the wise....Do not order from the Ivy Trellis.
