This company is run by a bunch of clowns looking for the workers they can pay the least. They told me they submitted my resume for a job, then I never hear back. I finally placed a follow up call and the girl pitched me a job in an industry I have no interest, yet tried to tell me it was in the industry I am looking for work. \r
I was sent on an assignment and was asked by their client to come back because I did such a good job. LeadingEdge rewarded this by reducing their pay to me by $1/hr - without even mentioning it to me. Shameful! Maybe they are on the verge of bankruptcy because that is how they act: desperate for cash. I agree with other reviews who say they are ""fake nice"" and ""patronizing"".\r
Also make sure you keep look at your paystubs because I have had errors on mine. It's not hard to do the basic math for these paychecks, yet somehow errors seem to happen.\r
I am sure they have open houses all the time to recruit new employees as people get tired of their unprofessional antics. I suggest registering with more reputable, nationwide employment agencies. This place is a mickey-mouse operation run by jerks.
