This is the second time I've used Roman (and his son Robert) for plumbing repairs. First time was to have a new hose bib installed at my back patio. He was fast, reasonable, and funny…six months later, no problems. \r

For this visit, our water heater's pilot had gone out and wouldn't re-light (we followed the instructions on the water heater, didn't work). \r

Roman arrived up faster than I would have reasonably expected, got it to re-light, and when we called again immediately after he left with a question, he came back to explain it. His charges are very reasonable, unlike many plumbers.\r

I don't find many people who do what I'd call ""good work at a fair price."" Roman is an welcome exception. \r
\r
I also had a good experience with ""Just Right Appliances"" for a refrigerator repair, FYI.
