Review content:
Dr. Moore was our family dentist for several years. I thought he was a fairly good dentist with the exception that he was always pushing whitening, brightening, veneers, sealants, etc. I started to realize the quality of his work when a crown had a major cavity underneath because it was not fitted properly to the gum line. By this time I needed a root canal and new crown which my insurance would not cover because it had only been 2 years since the previous crown was placed. I moved my family to a new dentist to learn that the sealants on both my childrens teeth had not been done properly and they had developed cavities on nearly every tooth that had been sealed. Neither of my 2 children had ever had a cavity prior to the sealants and they still have not had a cavity in any tooth without sealants. Dr. Moore did a partial crown on two adjoining teeth for my wife which failed after 2 years. My new dentist said that the procedure was performed very poorly and Dr. Moore did a partial reimbursement for the botched job. Since leaving the practice of Dr. Moore I have spent more than $5000.00 out of pocket to correct his mistakes although we have good dental insurance.
