I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. Holiday world has had my NEW camper for over 6 months within the first year for simple repairs. I have been ran through every excuse and 4 different service advisors (can’t keep employees) who “drop the ball.” The current repair has been at holiday world for 4 months and counting for a grey water tank. Last week I was informed my unit was ready to be picked up, when I arrived not one repair was complete and my unit looked to be ran sacked(bed mattress’ thrown on the floor). The next RV dealership is within walking distance I would advise to go there don’t make the same mistake I did. Contact me for proof if needed.
