Their website claims 24-hour service... we called 6 different times within 36 hours and spoke to the operator. Each time she said she would page the plumber and he should call us back within 30 minutes to an hour. Not one time did anyone call us back (even after our repeated attempts to call them back). We never heard from the plumber. We finally called another plumbing service (ARS Service Express). Their plumber was literally fixing our clog 30 minutes after our initial call. So if you want your problem fixed, don't call Plumbers of Nashville, call ARS Service Express instead.
