Review content:
I got married over a year ago, September 22, 2012, and although they were very good during the time of our wedding, we still to this day (10/31/2013) have not received our wedding video. And if it wasn't for me calling to find out what the hell was taking so long for our video to be sent, I wouldn't have found out that the videographer is in a legal dispute with Diverse Entertainment and neither one of them apparently have our video. At first they wanted to say we didn't have the videographer in our contract, which was false. And then they gave us the phone number to the videographer to track him down ourselves to get it. The fact that they wanted me to do their dirty work is absurd. So, come to find out, both Diverse Entertainment and the videographer's lawyers have sent two separate letters pointing their fingers at each other blaming each other for not having the video. This is, BY FAR, the least professional company I have EVER dealt with! Again, let me be clear, they were great during our wedding. But the fact that they never contacted us to let us know about our video, to say they don't have our video, to have us try to get in contact with the videographer has absolutely ruined their reputation and I am now in the works of suing them. Not once have they apologized or offered to give us our money back either.
