My experience with the salesman was great. The finance manager great. Even a salesman that was not mine was overly helpful. Thought I got a pretty good deal and was pleased except for the amount on trade in. Went to pick up the car sign papers etc. Everything was set and ready to go. I had applied for financing online and was pre approved. It said to print the page and you will get a gift from Stephens Honda. It was a $50.00 Gas Card which was supposed to be presented during the finance process. Gave the paper to the finance manager and he was not sure what to do with it because he had never seen one before. So he passed it on to the GM who came into the office threw the paper on the desk and said he was not going to honor it.I questioned why and his response was I did not make anything on this deal. I matched a price from Indy and I am not going to do it. Nowhere on the paper did it say that if they matched a price they would not honor it. His response was to turn away and walk out th
