Review content:
Most of the negative reviews of Tile Showcase have to do with the sales personnel. I can't speak about any of them other than Alba (who's based in Watertown since the Natick showroom closed) and she rates at least 5 stars. My husband and I have been designing and redesigning (and redesigning) a bathroom in our home for much of the past year and Alba, with seemingly endless patience and good humor, has stuck with us. She's been warm, welcoming, and available as well as knowledgeable and professional. She has followed up on everything we've asked her to pursue and is always responsive to our concerns. Tile Showcase is extremely lucky to have her as an employee. If they were able to clone her, their yelp star rating would jump from 2 to 5.
