Ben did some tile repair work for us last year and did a fine job; however, our opinion quickly soured this year when we asked him for a dry wall repair estimate. After receiving his estimate, we obtained a significantly lower bid from an equally qualified, servicemagic-rated contractor and cancelled our appointment a week out. Ben informed me that he would never do any work for us again. Sorry, can't recommend that attitude and lack of professionalism.
