I love Ark! I have been taking my dog there for some time now and they are always friendly and accommodating. They are a very busy office, so a wait is generally expected. That only means that they are caring for other animals in the same caring way they care for mine. Recently I had the need to get in right away, they of course were very accommodating and got Sassy in the same day. Long story short, she does require surgery and we scheduled that for this week. \r

What I was most impressed with was that Dr. Smith, who tended to Sassy at that appointment and did the necessary testing for diagnosis, actually called on Saturday to check on Sassy as well as to give the lab results. WOW! Can you imagine the surprise! A doctor who actually called to check on a patient and give lab results on a Saturday. \r

I would recommend Ark to anyone in need of a team of caring individuals and great medical staff.
