I used to work in a bank and they have been using the services of Neil Schneider for many, many years. He did real estate closings for us, as well as preparing satisfactions of mortgages, foreclosures, and delinquencies, and setting up the paperwork and doing the closings for new mortgages. He is very knowledgable and very nice and friendly as well. He is always more than happy to give us advice. Many of our new mortgage customers who went to his office for closings had nothing but good things to say about him as well. He is able to schedule mortgage closings in a timely manner and his office is conveniently located in downtown Brooklyn. We used him to close our own Mortgage and he did a great job.
