but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Switched to Nexcess recently and could not be happier. Their pricing is very fair and their customer service is top notch. Phone calls are handled right away with no wait times, and their ticket handling through email is very efficient.
They take the time to diagnose your problems and get things fixed as quick as they can. They even spent time diagnosing problems with my website that was not even a direct problem with their company.
Service also works great, and any time email goes down (rarely) its back up before I can even reach out to them. Online control panel is very easy to manage, and they moved our entire account over for us.
