This is not an endorsement, this is a warning. As a former dissatisfied client, a distant property owner, for which Charles P. Zidian Jr. was my property manager, I cannot recommend Zidian’s PM services. As of July 30, 2013 the Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing reported that Zidian’s real estate license had been revoked. My experience included horrible accounting, horrible customer service/communication, dishonest reporting of tenant leasing and once I fired him he still stole the final two months rent. I am trying to take him to court but we can’t find him. If he starts a real estate related business again, stay away!!
