Review content:
It was our first experience at buying a travel trailer. We had no idea what all was involved in the process and taking delivery. I assumed it was like buying a car and, but found it it was a lot more involved. We feel the people there bent over backward to accommodate. We took delivery the same day and the also got us in and out with a weight distribution hitch installed. There was a problem with my break controller that I had installed myself not recognizing the trailer. The tech went in to get clearance to fix it. I found the problem while he was gone and went to look for him. I overhead the conversation where he was told to do what it takes to get us on the road. I really appreciated that attitude towards customer service. Would recommend them and buy again from them.
