This good year is a ripoff. If you expect to pay $91 an hour for service you are wrong. I took my car in for repairs for a leaking water pump. I expected it would be costly and was told that it would take all day, maybe into the next. I was quoted a price of $950. I agreed but made a few other calls to get it done cheaper. I found Pep Boys would do it for $300 cheaper. I called back to Goodyear to get my car and they told me it was 30 mins from being done. They had only done 4 hrs of work and still charged me for 8 hrs. They stated that they charge by the average it would take a mechanic to do the job, so if they finish in 1 hr they will charge you the average. But I felt if was done in 4 hrs I should be charged 4hrs of work not 8. In essence the manager could care less of what I had to say and if I wanted my car you have to pay. I ended up paying $897.11(still a rip off). I later found out the labor is cheaper if a regular mechanic does the job rather than a master mechanic. A master mechanic did mine. So please be aware of the ripoff, the manager just wants to make his quota and be the top goodyear manager to have the highest grossing goodyear in the metro Atlanta area. I also found this out later. Pros: Do the job Cons: Will rip you off
