Review content:
If you haven't had the Kipling experience, you and your pet have to change vets today to Kipling! First off the facility is cleaner than any human hospital I've ever seen. The staff keeps the kennel area extremely sanitary and smelling nice. I'll feel confident boarding my little ones here. The first thing they do after a wonderful greeting and making you feel at home, is give your pet a wellness check. No diving in to the unknown here. A wellness check can find things that may be wrong you didn't know about. That's also so they know who and what they are dealing with. ( Most impressive!) The professionalism doesn't stop there in fact its just beginning. After the wellness check they go over your pets condition with you to come up with a health plan and address any immediate needs. You will find that the staff is not only concerned for your pet but the human factor as well. The over all experience was was rewarding and fulling as well as educational. I learned allot about good pet care. A very well done. \r
