Dr. Harston, a pediatrician claims to also be qualified in the field of diangosing & advising children in who have ADD or ADHD. She does not schedule much time to devote to this as it seems to be just an additional service to offer & may work if you don't have problems with medications, etc. If all you need is a perscription, you may be fine but if you really need to see her, you can not get in to do an ADD follow up appointment for 3 -5 months. If something happens & you need to change the appointment, you're out of luck & must wait another 3-5 months. Waiting time in the office can also be rediculously long & they are not consistant with follow up calls when requested. I recommend that anyone who really needs a qualified specialist in this area seek someone other than Melanie Harston. Cons: scheduling appointments 3-5 months out, waiting time in office, unsatisfactory follow up
