I am continuously disappointed with the way in which the Bisbee Safeway pharmacy is run. There is, without exception, always a wait of at least ten minutes. Usually, the wait is longer. The staff seem overworked and frustrated themselves. It seems that my refills run out more frequently than when I went through other pharmacies. When refills run out, I am responsible for calling my doctor- Safeway Pharmacy never seems to follow through effectively on this. The straw that broke the camels back and incited me to write this post was when Safeway Pharm. refused to call the vendor to authorize an early refill (since I'll be leaving the country). I am ready to return to Walgreens, even though it means I'll have to make a forty-five minute drive.
