Review content:
I have been a patient with Thrive since 2006 on a regular basis. My last experience was with an appt with Dr. Maddox for Botox, which at the same time an open house for their new procedure for Exilis was taking place. The speaker was giving two back to back seminars with videos, in the lobby of the office taking up all the space. I sat down for the first video session that was back in February, 2013 and then had to leave for my ride. No feedback from the staff that there was a problem.\r \r I contacted the Thrive clinic to schedule another appt. June 12, 2013 at 6 pm to get more Botox and filler. I had no problem with the staff at that time inregards to the appt. that was the same day as another open house for Exilis. \r \r When I called the office the day before my appt to check on prices of the filler, the receptionist told me to hold on and transferred me to the rudist peron I have ever dealt with, Rachel! Not only did she not answer my question about the cost but immediately started scolding me on how rude I was to leave in the middle of the semiar back in February and that the purpose of my appt. should have been to stay through the whole seminar and I had been disruptive and so on and so on. I explained to her that I had been there only for my appt. and sat in for the first round of the video. I also sat in the back by the door when my ride arrived and was as quite as I was leaving. In fact one of the staff members was talking to my ride during the seminar so who was rude!\r \r I will never go back there again due to this person, Rachel being rude and scolding me as if I am a child. I am shocked that the doctors did not screen this person better to deal with their clients before hiring her. \r \r The behavior of Rachel if offended, could have been handled in a professional mannor back in February if that seemed to be a problem!\r \r
