When I began looking for flooring, I didn't even know what I was looking for. The staff at Ralph Opfer Floors was very helpful and made the process very easy for me. I purchased flooring for them, and they sent the contractor over for the installation. When the job was complete, I noticed some indentation. It wasn't a very good finish because of the grooves in my floor, so I called them up, and they came over to have a look. They ended up upgrading my selection, removing the original floors, and installing a completely new floor. This all happened in a matter of just three days. They were so reliable. In fact, I'm going to have them put in some new carpeting in the springtime!
