Don't judge this book by its cover! BRU does not look like much from the street but Jack is the most informative and honest mechanic I have ever dealt with. Before accepting my car he told me exactly what he would look for, how he was going to troubleshoot, and best of all, he responded the same day (as he stated he would) with the results and to discuss my options. I chose to replace the alternator and his estimate (both cost and timeframe) were spot on. I saved over $500 for the same work performed at the VW dealership (Bob Baker) in Carlsbad 2 years ago! Goodbye Bob Baker.\r
