My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Harley Exterior's. When we decided that we wanted to replace our windows we were very uneducated, we knew that we wanted to get vinyl windows but had know idea on where to start. When we had the Harley Exterior sales rep come to our house he was right on time and started with my husband, I was not home yet from work, and then he restarted the whole pitch when I got home. He was so helpful on educating us on the different qualities of vinyl and glass. We had no idea of how important those kind of thing were and how much it effects the overall quality of the windows you choose to buy. After learning all about Harley Exteriors we were sold, we knew that we wanted to buy their product. We have 17windows, two sliding glass doors, and a garden window in our house so we knew that it was going to cost us a pretty penny to get new windows but didn't realize what good quality windows was going to cost us. After we got our quote we decided that we wanted to go with Harley Exterior but because of price decided we were going to have to wait a year and save up some of the money. Our sales rep was very polite and not pushy when we told him no he completely understood so he offered to split the cost of windows and purchase half now and the other half within 24 months. Once he offered us that we really felt that we couldn't refuse, we were able to buy the windows for the front side of our house where we get most of our sun exposer. It has made such a difference in the temperature of our house and our natural gas bill went down by half in one month! The installers were very quick and professional and made sure everything was to our linking before they left our house, they went around and fixed any scratches in the drywall, cleaned everywhere they worked, and the windows look beautiful we received so many compliments from our neighbors. We can't wait to get the rest of our house done. Thank you Harley Exterior for making our experience so pleasant and having such wonderful financing options.
