Timmons Management Co. has been our management company for over 10 years. We are a boutique community of a few residents who set the bar high and keep it there. Timmons team understands and never disappoints. Their accounting methods are superb thanks to our account manager Sandra Hall and the response time from our property manager Lore Scalf is exceptional including evenings and weekends. Their knowledge regarding insurance, legal issues, codes requirements and by law interpretation has been reassuring on many occasions. We are grateful to be in such good company.
